Terms of service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the use of Gunly's website and service. By creating an account or joining the beta, you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

2. The beta

During the beta, Gunly is provided free of charge and as-is. Features may change, be added or be removed. We will give notice before the beta ends and before any fees apply.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity in your workspace. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents and content you upload. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service to you.

You confirm that you are allowed to upload the content, including any personal data it contains.

5. AI output

Gunly uses AI to analyse documents and draft text. AI output can contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all output and for the content of every bid you submit.

Gunly does not guarantee that you will win any tender, and never submits bids on your behalf.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Gunly for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.

7. Fees

After the beta, the fees for your chosen plan apply. Founding customers keep their founding price for as long as they remain a customer without interruption. Prices exclude VAT.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your bids, prices and strategy as confidential and only give access to staff and subprocessors who need it to provide the service.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. During the free beta, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Gunly and close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. After closing, you can export your content for 30 days.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
